My partner and I are looking for someone to join us and fill the spare room in our lovely 2 bedroom house in the Clapham Junction/Battersea area.

💷 Rent: £950 PCM*
💡 Bills: Approx. £130 PCM
🔑 Deposit: £1420 (+£50 contract/paperwork fee from Dexters)
📅 Move-in date: 14th/15th September

*In February this could be subject to change (likely to not increase by much, if anything).

We are ideally looking for a female young professional to fit in with the household.

The house is located on the desirable Shaftesbury Estate and has a spacious shared living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and a private garden, perfect for relaxing in the warmer months.

🛏️ The room:
The room comes fully furnished except for the bed. Please note that the bed shown in the photos isn't included, so you'll need to provide your own. The bed shown is a king size and the bedroom could be configured differently if a queen/regular double bed is chosen.

A little about us: we are a gay couple, we're both friendly, tidy young professionals who enjoy having a relaxed, clean, and welcoming space. We're looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who'll be a great fit for the house.

I'm currently studying architecture and Josh works in marketing. We both WFH twice a week, and are in most evenings. We go to run clubs, brunches, and see friends on the weekends.
