Very clean and homely flat, fully furnished, with a living room, shared bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen.
Amazing location on Northcote Road with loads of restaurants, pubs and cafes right on the doorstep, and a very easy walk to Clapham Junction station and Clapham South underground.
Looking for someone to rent the second room from September (there's some flexibility on dates, so happy to discuss). Up to 9 months to start with but could maybe be a bit longer.
Rent is £900/month, plus bills ~£120
You'll be sharing the flat with me. I'm 31 years old and working as a software engineer for energy research, with 3-4 days per week working from home. I'm an easy-going and respectful flatmate, and looking for someone with similar vibes. Love outdoorsy things, food, travel and exploring the city. On the quieter side but always up for a chat or pint!
