Lovely Victorian house share - Battersea LGBTQ+

A big double room has come up in our friendly LGBTQ+ house share in Battersea.

It's a large double bedroom, sharing the big main bathroom with just one other person.

Location wise it's an 8 minute walk to Clapham Junction station, and about 10 minutes to Clapham Common one way and Battersea Park the other.
We're very close to Northcote Road, so shops, cafes and restaurants are right on our doorstep

There are four of us plus a very good puppy. Me and my partner own the house together. We work in psychology and graphic design. The other two housemates also work across the creative and academic industries. It's a chilled and creative household with a relaxed, grown-up feel. LGBTQ+ applicants preferred, as we all identify as such.

My partner and i work from home, and the others are in a couple of days a week, so there's usually someone around, but the house is big enough that it never feels crowded or in each other's pockets.

We have a 4 month old puppy, and most of the house is vegetarian (not a deal breaker if you're not, just a preference). Loving dogs is a definite bonus.

We often watch films or TV together and generally just get on well. It's a friendly household without being too full on.

Rent includes bills (superfast internet and a cleaner once a week).
