Available Room in Social Clapham Junction Flat

We have a lovely furnished room becoming available in our 4 bed flat just off Clapham Junction SW11. Move in date from August 23rd (option to be a bit flexible).

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy shared living area. It’s in a great location, close to the station, shops, and plenty of cafes and pubs, but still tucked away enough to feel homely.

The room itself is a medium sized furnished room that shares the main bathroom with two other women.

You would be living with three women in their late 20s and early 30s, one Canadian, one Irish, and one Brit who all work hybrid office jobs. The vibe here is social but chilled. We like hanging out for dinners, pub nights or a glass of wine, but everyone also has their own space and routine. It’s a social house and we do like to have friends over for dinners and the occasional night in together!

We are looking for a friendly, down to earth girl around the same age who wants to make the flat feel like home rather than just a place to sleep.

Our landlord is great and quick to fix things when they come up, but she does ask for proof of income before adding anyone to the lease.
