Large double room in loft conversion with en suite shower room. Ample room for a desk, lots of storage and own floor.

5 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and 1 minute from Asda superstore.

Comes furnished with:
- Bed frame
- Mattress
- Bed side table x2
- Clothing rail
- Chest of drawers x3
- Monitor if needed

Will be sharing with Tom, 31 who is a finance professional currently working from home 3-4 days a week. Non-smoker and does not have pets.

£300 a week including all bills.
