Looking for someone to take over my room in our beautiful 2-storey terraced house, around 5 min walk from Clapham Junction.
The area is lovely - you’re right by Northcote Road with loads of cafes, pubs, restaurants, gyms and local shops, plus easy access to Clapham Common (great if you’re a park runner!). There are also plenty of supermarkets close by for everyday essentials, take your pick!
🏠 The house
* 2-storey terrace house
* Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom
* You’ll be living with Liv and Yolanda. Both girls late 20s/early 30s. Fun gals who love a glass of wine on the couch, coffee and a walk in the park or a late night boogie. Both hybrid workers, if that’s also you then can discuss those arrangements.

* Largest bedroom in the house, huge amount of space. Comes fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers
* Available 4 September
* Rent £1280 pcm plus bills (around £100/month)
* Bond is £1280.
* Couples considered: £1400pcm + bills
* Will have to be approved by the real estate

Relaxed household, sociable but also respectful of everyone’s space. Ideally looking for a permanent replacement, but open to a short term sublet until early October if needed.
