Bright small double available from 1 October in our lovely Clapham Junction flat - just 7 mins from the station, and a short walk to Northcote Road, St John’s Hill and both Wandsworth & Clapham Commons.

The room is a bright, cosy small double (3.31m x 2.6m) and comes unfurnished. You’ll need your own small double bedframe (a standard double won’t fit) and drawers, with a separate wardrobe cupboard just outside. Storage is limited, so it’s best suited to someone with a relatively modest amount of stuff. You’ll share the main bathroom with one other flatmate.

The flat has a huge open-plan kitchen/living room with big sofas, dining table, loads of kitchen space and all the usual appliances. We also have a communal courtyard where we’ve made our own little garden area with furniture and lots of plants 🌿🌸

About us: we’re two female professionals, 28 & 31, who’ve lived together for four years and are genuinely good friends. Our vibe is friendly, clean and chilled – cooking, travelling, good food, coffee walks, movie nights, the occasional cocktail and plenty of Real Housewives/Bridgerton.

We’re looking for someone around 28–36 (women preferred) who wants to be part of a friendly home, is sociable but has their own thing going on, and is happy to do their bit to keep the flat clean and tidy. Ideally, you’re in the office around 3–4 days a week. Friends are welcome (including the odd four-legged visitor 🐶), but we’re more dinner/drinks than pres/afters these days!

£939.60 pcm + approx. £150–£180 bills
Deposit TBC with our agent (entering a new tenancy agreement, likely £1,150ish).
