The room is a good-sized furnished double with an ensuite and the flat is shared with 1 friendly, tidy female flatmate. It’s in a great location with easy access to public transport, shops, cafés, pubs and everything Clapham has to offer.

*Agency requirements: full time employment (no probation period) and be earning a basic salary of £38,250.00 pa, have good credit history, good renting history and must pass references.

I’m sadly leaving London to go back home, otherwise I’d be staying! 🥲
