Walking distance to Clapham Junction (takes me just under 10 mins) - easy commute into the City via Waterloo and to the west end via Victoria.

Clapham Common and Clapham South tube stations are also very accessible by bus.

Location wise, this flat is 5 mins away from Wandsworth Common, 7 mins away from Clapham Common. Lots of pilates studios and gyms nearby, Gail’s at the end of the road. Sainsbury’s is less than 5 mins away and usually doesn’t shut till 2300.

Northcote at your doorstep - lots of restaurants, pubs and bars a 5 min walk away, but the flat is quiet and away from the noise. There is a park right behind the flat.

Property has a garden, so it’s great in the summer. There is also a new bbq and garden set for the flat.

You will be sharing the flat with me, 30F lawyer.
