The room is a really good-sized, bright double with a double bed and a big wardrobe, so there’s plenty of storage and space to make it your own.

🏠 The flat

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a really spacious living room with comfy sofas and a big TV, which is definitely one of the main places we all hang out.

The location is honestly ideal, Clapham Junction station is around a 2-minute walk away

- Loads of buses right outside / within a short walk
- Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops
- 15 min walk from Clapham common & other parks

You’ll be living with:

Paddy, 24 – works as a data analyst/consultant, loves football, loves a run

Katie, 24 – works in pharmaceutical PR, loves the gym and travelling.

Rosie, 23 – works as a business analyst, loves to ski and hike

We’re a really friendly and sociable house and genuinely enjoy spending time together. We’ll go to the gym, go for runs, grab coffees, head to the pub, have flat dinners and make plans at the weekend etc.

At the same time, we’re not constantly on top of each other and everyone has their own lives. We’re equally happy having a quiet night in watching a film and giving each other space when we want it.

We’re also very clean and tidy and respectful of each other’s personal space and the communal areas.

🙌 Who we’re looking for

We’d ideally like someone around a similar age (23-25) who is sociable, friendly, clean and tidy, and wants the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

We’re looking for someone who would be up for getting involved in flat life and becoming mates with the people they live with, while also having their own thing going on.
