We have a huge, bright en-suite room available in our lovely 3-bedroom flat, less than 15 minutes from Clapham Junction.

The flat is very new, modern and spacious, with loads of natural light and plenty of storage. The kitchen is basically brand new and opens directly onto a lovely, spacious living room, so it’s a really nice space to cook, eat and hang out. There’s also a long balcony which is a great bonus!

There are 3 bedrooms in total. The new flatmate would have their own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom.

- A little about us

We’re Susana (Spanish 🇪🇸) and Gyeongri (Korean 🇰🇷). We’re both working professionals and usually work onsite during the week.

We’re friendly and enjoy having a chat in the kitchen, cooking together occasionally or sharing a conversation after work, but we’re also independent and have our own lives. We’re looking for someone who enjoys that kind of balance — social and friendly, but also respectful of everyone’s space and privacy.

We’d love to find someone who is clean, respectful and considerate, and who wants to help keep the flat organised and feeling like a nice home for everyone. 🫶
