I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious flat in SW11, as I’m moving in with my girlfriend.

I’m hoping to move out as soon as reasonably possible, so if you’re interested, please include your desired move-in date when you get in touch.

All interested persons must have a UK based guarantor and proof of income to pass referencing, please don’t message me unless you are able to fulfil that.

The Room

A bright and double bedroom with a large bay window that lets in plenty of natural light. The room comfortably fits a double bed and additional furniture, with ample space to work, relax, and store belongings.

The room is partially furnished, with the bed included and I’m happy to sell my clothes rail and bed side table to the incoming resident for cheap otherwise they’ll be on gumtr*e.

The flat is spacious throughout and includes:

You’ll be sharing with two friendly, professional males aged between 25 and 30. They’re sociable, respectful, and keep the flat clean and relaxed without it being a party house.
