It is next door to the smallest bedroom. The mdium sized bedroom is on on the first floor. The other two lodgers share a separate bathroom on the first floor.
PROPERTY TYPE: Victorian flat conversion - the flat actually feels like a whole house as it's on three floors. It's a really nice street.
LOCATION: The flat is 5 mins from the Thames and 5 mins from Wandsworth Common (both great for running!) , 3 mins walk from the lovely St John's Hill area with its bars and restaurants and about 10 mins walk to Northcote Rd with its many, many bars and restaurants...! It really is a great location!
YOU: I am looking for someone easy going, who cleans up after themselves (i. e. not too messy!) and I don't mind if you're male or female, gay or straight, young or young at heart...;
ME: I am a part-time live in landlady (I'm usually there for a couple of days every 4-8 weeks but live in Berlin the rest of the time) and am an easy-going, friendly character :-)
THE OTHER LODGERS: it’s a 3 bedroom flat so you will be sharing the communal spaces with two other people. They are late 20s/early 30s:-) There is always a good atmosphere in the flat - this is the stuff that makes living under the same roof fun and a pleasure and I really want to keep it that way....!!
My previous lodgers were there for nearly six years and they can give me a reference if you would like one :-)
