Double room available in a ground floor flat in clapham junction. The flat is ideally located just five minutes walk from clapham junction station, and a minute walk to the common. Local amenities are close by, with lots of bars, restraints and shops within walking distance.
The flat is a two bedroom ground apartment, with a nice living space. It also has a garden out from the living room... Ideal in the summer.
I love the flat, and i am after someone to take on the lease when i move at the end of march. The contract runs through to january 2016, bills are an extra but don't come to much each month. There is one other person living here as well, lizzie is great company and fun to be around.
