Description
I’m leaving my room for pastures new in east London. It’s a really nice house and I’ve had a great time here. You’ll be sharing with 5 others, Don, Sarah, Lianne, Vitaly and Anna. They are all really nice and friendly, everyone kind of does their own thing in the week, but at weekends there’s usually people hanging around to have a chat or go for a drink with.
THE LANDLORD IS GOING TO STOP RENTING OUT THE HOUSE AFTER 27TH OF AUGUST SO THE ROOM WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THEN.
The location is great, literally 50m from the common (which is amazing in summer) and with the benefit of being close to both Clapham high street and Clapham Junction/Northcote road. Great transport links with tube, overground, national rail and buses (of course) within short walking distance.
The house itself is large with a large lounge and kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms and a small garden. We have a cleaner that comes twice a week so the place is always looking pretty tidy. Bills split between 6 also mean bills cheap, helped by the lowest council tax in London.
So I’m pretty reluctant to be leaving, but I am, we’re just looking for someone that’s pretty chilled and friendly, not too messy, who will add to current house dynamic.
The landlord is good, professional and requires proof of employment + ID for you to move in.
