Our long term flatmate and friend is moving out in mid June as he is buying a place for himself. Ideally our new flat mate will move in on 15/16th June possibly a few days later.
You will have a spacious double bedroom with your own WC.
Our lovely maisonette has everything you need for a comfortable living and it is 2 min away from Asda and 7 min walk from Clapham Junction Station.
We are tidy, great to live with, full time working people.
£750 per month, 6 week rent deposit.
