Large Double, friendly houseshare, 5min to station

The room is a large double with plenty of storage. There are 4 built in wardrobes and drawers. It is really lovely with a vaulted ceiling and huge skylight.

The bathroom is only shared with one housemate as the other has an ensuite.

The house is a beautiful recently converted church hall, such a unique find! There is a generous living room, kitchen-diner, some outside space and a secure off road car parking space.

The house is on a quiet street and very secure, being in a gated complex. Amazing location, less than 5 minute walk to Clapham Junction station and near lots of shops and cafes on St Johns Hill and Clapham Junction.

The housemates: one female and one male, both professionals, laid back, sociable and tidy. We have all separately done house shares for a few years and made some really good friends so looking for someone who would be a good fit. We enjoy dinner/ drinks and the occasional night out (but not party animals). I'm only moving out as I have bought a house, I will be sad to leave.

No agency fees :) and a very responsive live out landlord.

We all put in £100 for bills a month which covers everything including a cleaner & we often get money back from that.

Move date we have put is 1st April, but flexible if you need to move earlier.
