This is a lovely residential flat south of the river surrounded by parks, local transport links, a shopping centre & about 5 minutes away from the river side. Also close to award winning restaurants and bars, for dining out.
The flat is located on the 1st floor of a low-rise apartment and comes furnished with a bed, desk, cabinet, chest of draws & also has a built in wardrobe. There is a lot of open space in the living room; we also have extra storage cabinets & have a good-sized balcony.
The property has undergone some renovation & improvement recently, so there are new doors (for energy efficiency), wooden floors and a new ventilation fan. Overall, the flat is comfortable, clean and has peaceful neighbours.
I'm looking for someone who can maintain the apartment to a good standard and keep the place clean, quiet and feel comfortable to make it a good home. Also it would be nice to live with someone who is easy going and friendly.
The rent & some bills per month are £580. The gas & electricity bills are split equally between all tenants.
The room will be available from the 6th of May. If you are interested in viewing the property, I will be available during the weekdays after 6:30pm and also flexible on the weekends.
