About the Flat:

It is a 3 bedroom split level flat, located just off of Lavender Hill. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom, accompanied by the open plan kitchen and living room. Upstairs is the third double bedroom which has its own bathroom. We have Sky+ TV and Sky broadband installed and we have also put our own stamp on the property with furnishings etc. We too have just had new blinds all installed, a new fridge and we're due to have a new oven/cooker installed in the upcoming weeks.

It's a 5-10min walk to Clapham Junction Station and 2min walk to the bus stop for buses travelling in both directions. There is also a large Asda and Lidl just across the road, so really handy for shopping. Parking is readily available in the street, but permits need to be bought in advance from Wandsworth Council.

The Room:

The room for rent (until June 2017) is a fully furnished small double with a chest of draws, wardrobe, shelving and a sash window. It's located on the first floor and you will be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. (There is also additional storage throughout the property that you are able to use).

Current Housemates:

You will be sharing with 2 great Kiwi girls, who are both 25 years old; one is a lawyer and commutes to Central London and the other is a Dancer/Stylist. They are great to hang out with at home to chill with and are up for a good night out, however they have their own group of friends too so you'€™ll have plenty of your own space.
