Description
We’re three girls looking for a female professional to join our gorgeous riverside home in Battersea. Our amazing housemate, who’s lived here for four years, is buying her first home (big slay), so we’re hoping to find someone who’ll fit right into our homely, sociable house and help keep the great vibe we’ve built.
We’re all professionals aged 27–30 and get on really well—there are always lots of laughs, wine, and shared TV moments. We love exploring London, catching up over dinner and drinks, watching Netflix together, and heading to the gym. We’re looking for someone who’s happy to join in, but who also appreciates having their own space and downtime.
The Room
• Furnished double bedroom on the second floor
• Includes bed, bedside table, desk, and built-in wardrobe
• Bathroom next door, shared with two of us
• Private gated parking space available
Rent & Bills
• £1,120 per month
• Bills approx. £125 (varies slightly with season/energy prices)
• We all contribute to an account covering bills, internet, and household essentials any leftover usually goes towards house activities!

• Two bathrooms + ground-floor toilet
• Private courtyard garden (perfect for BBQs!)
