Room for female in sociable riverside home

We’re three girls looking for a female professional to join our gorgeous riverside home in Battersea, as one of us is sadly moving on. We’d love to find someone to complete our homely and sociable house.

We’re all professionals aged between 28 and 33 and get on really well, there’s always lots of laughs, wine, and shared TV moments. We love exploring London, catching up over dinner and drinks, watching Netflix together, and heading to the gym. We’re looking for someone who’s happy to join in but also appreciates their own space and downtime.

The available room is a furnished double on the second floor, with a bed, side table, and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is right next door and shared with two of us. There’s also a parking spot available.

Rent is £1,120 per month, with bills around £125 (this can vary slightly depending on the season and energy prices). We all contribute to a joint account that covers bills, fibre broadband, and household essentials and any leftover funds go towards house activities!

The house itself is a gem. Spread over three floors, it has four bedrooms, a cosy living room, a bright conservatory, two bathrooms, an extra ground-floor toilet, a private courtyard garden (perfect for BBQs!), and even a private outhouse - super handy for storage. It’s on a quiet no-through road, so it’s really peaceful, and just seconds from the Thames, with a beautiful riverside path leading to Battersea Park and Battersea Square.

We’re part of the Plantation Wharf development, which means we benefit from 24-hour security and a concierge service-great for daytime deliveries.

Travel-wise, it’s really well connected:
• The ferry is just a 2-minute walk away, with routes to the City and Canary Wharf
• Buses 3 minutes away go to Earl’s Court, Fulham Broadway, Victoria, Kensington, Notting Hill, Hammersmith, Clapham Junction, and more
• Clapham Junction is an 8-minute walk, with trains to Victoria in 5 minutes and Waterloo in 7- plus great links to Gatwick
