I am an academic GP living and working in Cambridge and have an active interest in public health. I purchased a three-bedroom apartment in Battersea in 2017, called Parkside St. Peter’s. My fiancé is an interior designer and he works for a Chelsea studio full-time and spends most weekends with me in Cambridge. We have a flatmate currently occupying the second bedroom and she is Spainish and works as a post-doc researcher in London. She has an active lifestyle and loves football.

This relatively new apartment benefits from plenty of sunshine, spacious living room, high ceiling, wooden floor with underfloor heating, Siemen's dishwasher/oven, a brand new bosch washing machine, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The concierge person is available during weekdays and is very helpful, bike storage is also available. I have furnished the entire flat nicely with white sofas from John Lewis, wooden dining table, also some soft furniture from West Elm.

The bedroom advertised is furnished with a double-bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, as well as a desk/chair.

There is a spacious bathroom with a bath that will be shared between two person. There is a separate storage room in the apartment. Rent includes utility, council tax, broadband and regular cleaner (once every 2-3w) by a fantastic cleaner.

It is very close to restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, yoga studios. Also about 5 mins walk to the Thames river. Within 10 mins walk to clapham junction. The 170 bus stop is on the door step of the apartment, which takes you to sloan square/victoria. You can also cycle easily to Battersea park.

I like tango, yoga, languages (Japanese& French). I like travelling, museums, shopping, cooking. I like getting to know my flatmate, be good to have things in common. I"d like to share it with someone who is a graduate student/professionals, is considerate and has good hygiene standards.
