I have a 6th floor studio room available for rent at Gradpad Griffon Studios in Clapham Junction. The studio will be available from 10th June until 22nd September.

The studio is part of a large postgraduate development, which is very well run with 24 hours reception, access to common room, laundry facilities and free gym. Minutes walk from Clapham Junction station and shops and bars on St. John's Hill, Lavender Hill and Northcote road. Two buses to Imperial College London (30-45mins) and frequent trains to Vauxhall, Victoria, Waterloo and beyond.

The studio is very modern and fully furnished with double bed, desk with lots of shelves and storage, dining table, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom (with shower) and kitchenette. All bills are included, including broadband internet.

Rent is £160 p/w. Gradpad will require a £100 booking fee (non-refundable) and £400 deposit (refundable).
