Flat is 12mins walk from Clapham Junction (SW11 6HS) and 15 mins from Clapham South Tube. Plus right next to Northcote road so plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets less than 5mins walk away.
Flat is modern with a large living room and kitchen and wooden flooring. Kitchen has all modern appliances (inc dishwasher) and gas cooker.
There are two bathrooms - both have showers and one has a bath.
Rent is £531 per month, excluding bills. Sky plus and broadband are included for free.
