Double room - Ferndale Road £750pm Inc most bills

The room will be available from Sunday 7th Dec, and we are holding viewings w/c 17th Nov.

We’re based 5 minute walk from Clapham North station, the house three bedrooms, a spacious living room (with dining table not in the photos) bathroom, downstairs WC and kitchen - which leads out to a fantastic terrace, great sun trap.

The bedroom itself is a small double, and there is extra built in wardrobe and cupboard space outside the room in the corridor. It's £750 covers rent and most bills (water, council tax, wifi). Excluding gas & electric - a bit variable at the minute but would expect ~£50pm on average each. We used to have a cleaner fortnightly which was on top that might be reinstated.

Calum (m) and Kate (f) are professionals, in our early 30’s and would ideally like someone who’s as equally easy going. We’re social, do the odd pub, cinema etc as a house and live our separate lives.
