Lovely double room available at Clapham North

We are a group of female professionals looking for a new female housemate as our existing housemate has decided to move on to pastures new.
We are looking for a clean, tidy, considerate friendly non-smoking professional female to join our house share; minimum age 28(ish). The house is very close to Clapham North and Stockwell Stations, and a few minutes walk away from Clapham High Street. There are lots of shops and bars nearby! Transport links are great with two tube stations nearby and bus routes 88, 345, 155 and 50.
The room available is of a double size and comes fully furnished. Rent is inclusive of all bills. There is a shared living room and internet (which is included in the rent). We have a cleaner who attends once a week and the cost of that is an additional £4.35 per week.
