I'm looking for housemate to share clean, modern 2 bedroom maisonette flat, in Clapham North.
The price (£920 pcm) includes all bills + extra £42 per month for our cleaner (cleaner comes twice per month).
About the flat:
It's a two floor maisonette based above a quiet Greek restaurant that does a mean meze. Bedrooms and (shared) bathroom are on the 2nd floor.
The biggest wow factor is the back garden/roof terrace. It's private and has a BBQ + furniture.
Transport is a massive advantage - 30 seconds walk (no exaggeration) from both Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street overground station.
About me:
I've lived here happily for 7 years, in that time had 2 lovely house mates. I work in advertising, enjoy living quite an active lifecycle, in my happy place when hiking, cycling and scuba diving!
Preferences for a housemate:
The flat is family owned, so someone who'll treat it as their own too when it comes to cleanliness and respecting it. This wouldn't suit anyone looking for a party flat or expecting to host loud/boozy/late gatherings every weekend (once in a while would be fine).
Would be great to share interests and go for the odd cinema/dinner/pub lunch, but not essential.
