Quiet and comfortable flat in a Victorian terrace house with roof garden, spacious friendly kitchen, large sunny and south facing living room. Great atmosphere maintained by all of us. The cost included in the rent are all bills, internet and council tax.

The room available is located on the second floor. It is a large double bedroom with wooden floor and lots of shelves and wardrobe space. Happy to rearrange furniture according to your needs. The room is facing the rear overlooking the back gardens.

You would be sharing with 2 others, myself, a male self employed German and a woman from the states working for the NHS. We are not a couple but friends sharing a space.

We like sharing our space with friendly and self aware - preferably multicultural people with a sense of humour. With two psychotherapists in the place we are a quite open minded and like straight talking and emotional honesty.
