My current flatmate is moving out of the country, and so looking to fill a double bedroom in a well-presented flat located on the top floor of a converted period building which benefits from great transport links and being close to local supermarkets/shops/restaurants/pubs. The flat is also split across two mini-levels:
- Level 1 contains a large double bedroom, and the bathroom (refurbished last year).
- Level 2 contains the second bedroom, a spacious kitchen and separated living room (great for relaxing and unwinding in after a long day at work), and storage cupboard.

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe and full length mirror and attracts lots of natural sunlight. The room is big enough to host a desk/chair if you need to work from home. Alternatively myself and my current flatmate are currently camped out at opposite ends of the lounge during the day for work purposes.

You'll be sharing with me - a friendly, sociable and tidy 27-year old professional who works as an analyst. I do the usual 9-6 working hours and tend to take it pretty easy during the week - so working out, cooking, netflix after work but always up for a drink/food. The flat would suit an equally like minded professional who enjoys a mix of company but also a bit of down time.

I've negotiated a rent reduction for the room to £750pm. The rent does not include bills, and it's about £70 per month for council tax, and about £50 for month for all remaining bills (gas, electricity, water, fibre broadband). The flat comes with a zero deposit scheme which only requires a small one-off joining fee. There is some flexibility involved with the lease and looking for someone to take:
(a) take on the lease with me until mid-March 2022, OR
(b) take on the lease with me until mid-September 2021, upon which there would be options to extend further for 6 months at a time.
