The house is situated on a quiet road and is 1 minute from. Clapham High Street Station, 2 minutes from Clapham North and/or Clapham Common tube station so is perfect for an easy commute into central London.
Bills are not included, but come to £97.50 each per month. Within this cost we have a cleaner that comes every two weeks.
Deposit is £1050, which is paid to the estate agency, who manages the contract. The landlady is local, very friendly and has been prompt in fixing any issues with the house (which have been minimal).
There is an open plan lounge and kitchen with a large garden accessible only from inside the house.
With two showers and toilets upstairs there is never a need to wait.
