Sociable 3 Bed Flat w Garden - Clapham - £825

So ... Me and my friend Joe have secured this modern and large three bed flat, we now need to find a third person.

I’m almost 26 and work in legal recruitment, Joe’s 24 as a Civil Engineer (both in the city). We’re both sociable, tidy and I want to say fun. Like sports, music and the odd beer.

We’d love to find someone to move in and become best pals but equally happy to respect space.

The flat has just been completely redecorated and I’ve got some new furniture in so please take the pictures with a pint of salt. There’s a dishwasher, washing machine (and downstairs drying room) plus tumble dryer. Smart TV (with professional coffee set up coming soon).

Bills will likely be c. £80 a month. Not really sure why info people will want to feel free to ask away, Please do come view and we’ll go grab a beer.
