Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19 I put a discount on the room. The price is negotiable. We would rather have a good tenant than getting the entire rent including gas, eletricity etc. (1030 pounds).
We are looking for one person to sublet the room. We have to talk to our flatmate about letting a couple stay. You would be staying with only one other flatmate. He works a lot.
We are looking for somebody who takes good care of the room and the apartment.
Furniture & appliances
There is a big desk in the room. There is a small living room with a small sofa. The kitchen is quite large, has a washing machine and all the appliances for cooking (no dishwasher). The bathroom's water pressure is very good. There is a backyard where you can enjoy the sun and have a BBQ. Basically everything you need is here (towels, bedding etc.). Edgeley Road is a quiet street close to Clapham Common.
