It is ideally located less than 5 minutes walk from Clapham North Tube and Clapham High Street Overgorund Station. (see Google Maps for SW4 7UW). Clapham is a popular area for young professionals with numerous bars, restaurants etc are nearby in Clapham High Street and Clapham Common. Central London is approximately 20-25 minutes tube ride on the Northern Line. Sainsbury's supermarket is close by along with the open space of Clapham Common. Brixton is a few bus stops away. We are looking for somebody fun and sociable whilst keeping the place tidy and pleasant to live and relax in.
The available room is a double bedroom (no road noise at night). Kitchen was replaced 3 months ago. It is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, table and stool.
