The bedroom available is a large, double room with two windows, lots of storage and comes part furnished (king sized bed, chest of drawers, chair and wardrobe) and with triple glazed against noise. The new housemate would also have access to their own bathroom with shower (see photos)
Rent includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner. There is also an off-street parking space available for extra cost.
