Sublet in friendly Stockwell houseshare

I’m heading to NZ for a few months and am subletting my room while I’m away. My housemates are social and a lot of fun so I’m hoping I can find someone on a similar vibe. Room is HUGE with amazing floor to ceiling windows and Juliette balcony. Loads of storage space, you’ll have two wardrobes. The place is really well-heated for Winter, it’s also in a gated complex off Clapham Rd so very safe at night. Less than 5 min walk to Clapham North station for Northern Line and a 7 min walk to Stockwell for the Victoria Line. Sharing a bathroom with one other person who is super chilled out. There is also a gorgeous cat with the personality of a dog who lazes around the house a lot so hopefully you won’t be allergic. Big living room and kitchen area and a nice outdoor back garden too.
