On offer is a double en-suite bedroom (the other flatmate uses the main bathroom) There is off street gated parking. The kitchen (completely new in 2021) is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer dryer etc.
Bills you will share (paying half of what you see below) are approximately:
Electricity and Gas - £150/month
Council Tax - £145/month
Internet £33/month
Water £44/month
Electricity and Gas will be in yours and the other tenants names - the other bills are in my name as they're constant. Based on the above, you can expect to pay around £175 in bills per month - this will be higher in winter and lower in summer. That £175 is in addition to the rent, so approximately £1250 + £175 per month = £1425 will be project outgoings.
I'm the landlord, but I don't live there. The current flatmate is a female in her late 20s. She works as a data analyst She's super professional, quiet, considerate, and never has people over.
She's looking for a quiet professional flatmate, not professional as in their career is being a flatmate, but a professional working person to share with. You must be mega tidy - She's super tidy and clean and would like to share with someone similar.
The bedroom itself is an average-sized double bedroom that you would expect to see in a new build. It wouldn't accommodate Imelda Marco's shoe collection, but there's enough room for a season at a time!
If you're someone who's just looking for a nice clean, quiet place with a friendly flatmate that doesn't expect you to be making cupcakes together, then this may be for you.
