All bills are included in the monthly fee. We ask for a security deposit and a non refundable £130 (per year) contribution towards the service charge which is paid at the beginning of the residency that covers the whole stay in the property. There is complimentary broadband, and complimentary regular cleaning for communal and bathroom areas.

We are looking for persons aged between 23 - 45 to join this friendly house share, who are super clean, easy going and considerate to working/studying hours.
