Double Room In Prime Clapham North Location.

Hi Guys,

We have a double room available in our Clapham North share house. The rent is £715pcm (which includes council tax and water rates). Other bills are split accordingly between the flat. The contract is 12 months, however, you can end the contract early, as long as you find someone to replace you. The room is bright, furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table) and comes with plenty of space to store all of your belongings. There is an upstairs bathroom and also a second toilet, located downstairs. The kitchen is fully kitted out, with all usual appliances included, so no real need to splash out on anything, you’ll already have everything here. We also have a south facing garden, which is a nice sun trap, perfect for when the sun is out and you want a bbq/want to sunbathe.

In terms of location, you can’t ask for much more when it comes to transport links and things to do. You’re about a 2/3 minute walk away from Clapham North tube station, which has excellent links to all other lines (8 mins from Victoria, 12 minutes to Bank and 15 minutes to Soho), you have multiple bus routes that stop just outside the station and Clapham High Street Overground is around 4/5 minutes away. You’re a 2 minute walk from Clapham High Street, which offers a multitude of bars and restaurants, gyms, a cinema and supermarkets. Just opposite Clapham North station there is a sainsburys local, so if you don’t fancy the 8 minute walk down the high street to the bigger sainsburys, this will help you out.

You’ll be living with three other housemates (1 female, 2 male) who are all in their mid to late twenties and full time professionals. We socialise regularly together, taking advantage of the many bars and restaurants in the area, but we also appreciate our own time, so if you want time to yourself, everyone here will respect that. So if you’re a full time professional, in the same age bracket, who likes to live a regular and relaxed lifestyle, you’ll fit right in.
