I have a room to let in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat with balcony right by Clapham North and Clapham High St Stations.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and looking for a new female flatmate for another year to share with me.

I’m a 34 year old professional working in the Fashion Industry. I’m looking for someone sociable and friendly who’s happy to hang out from time to time over a glass of wine, trip to the pub, dinner, movie etc but also happy having their own space and privacy.

The room is available from the 5th of Sept for 12 months, it’s furnished with a lovely bed with storage and a spacious wardrobe. The room comes with your own separate, private bathroom with bath and shower.

The Cost:

The new tenant will be to added to the current lease there will be a fee of £50 for change of sharer and the deposit will be 5 weeks rent.

£1150 per month + bills
