Description
Bright, double, spacious room available for 3 month rent from late November 2025. Let as furnished with double bed, cupboards, large triple wardrobe, large chest of drawers, 2nd wardrobe. I (female in pics) will be off travelling for a few months so you can use my desk and monitors etc

The House:
A homely, clean and spacious split level, 3 bed, top floor flat in a fantastic location smack bang in between Clapham North (Northern Line) and Stockwell (Northern/Victoria Line). The flat has a large top floor living/dining room, a kitchen with washing machine, oven and microwave, bathroom with relaxing bath and shower and a large private rooftop terrace for those chilled summer evenings in the sun- we love a bbq!
You’ll be sharing with Joe and James (2 exceptional legends, hand picked by me) and we're looking for a professional flatmate (who ideally works on site to keep bills low as we all save to buy 🏡) preferably aged over 30, who strikes a good balance between being social, but also independent.
We enjoy evenings out together (and love a sunday roast) and a chilled sofa evening but also have our own interests and social lives too. It would be great to find someone easy going and likeminded to join us 😊 we are both into sports and fitness so would be cool to have a like minded person join us.
No preference on gender.

We're just 5 mins walk from Clapham High Street and all of its amenities which include:
- Boutique and chain gyms + Clapham Leisure Centre (incl. pool)
- Large and local Sainsbury's, Lidl and Waitrose
- Clapham Picturehouse
- Great selections of restaurants, pubs and bars
- Clapham Library
- A short 15min walk to Brixton which has even more delicious places to eat and Brixton Academy for the music lovers.💃🏻
The Practicals:
The room is £920 per month including some bills (such as council tax, broadband etc)). Extras are water (around £100- 150 every 3 months) and energy (Varies by season but somewhere between £30-80 a month)
First months rent payable on or before the 1st of each month.
And deposit of (£950) will be payable to secure the room.
Ideally prefer a non-smoker, who works from office. On street permit parking can be sourced if required as can bike storage.
