The House:
A homely, clean and spacious split level, 3 bed, top floor flat in a fantastic location smack bang in between Clapham North (Northern Line) and Stockwell (Northern/Victoria Line). The flat has a large top floor living/dining room, a kitchen with washing machine, oven and microwave, bathroom with relaxing bath and shower and a large private rooftop terrace for those chilled summer evenings in the sun.
You’ll be sharing with Sam (male) and Sophie and we're looking for a professional flatmate (who works at least some days in the office) preferably aged over 30, who strikes a good balance between being social, but also independent. We enjoy the odd evening out together and a chilled sofa evening but also have our own interests and social lives too. It would be great to find someone easy going and likeminded to join us 😊 we are both into sports and fitness so would be cool to have a like minded person join us.

- A short 15min walk to Brixton which has even more delicious places to eat and Brixton Academy for the music lovers.💃🏻
The Practicals:
The room is £871 per month including some bills (such as council tax, broadband and Sky TV package). Extras are water (around £80-100 every 3 months ) and energy (Varies by season but somewhere between £30-80 a month)
First months rent + a deposit will be payable from the date of moving in.
Ideally prefer a non-smoker, who works at least partly from office. On street permit parking can be sourced if required
