A homely, clean and spacious split level, 3 bed, top floor flat in a fantastic location smack bang in between Clapham North (Northern Line) and Stockwell (Northern/Victoria Line). The flat has a large top floor living/dining room, a kitchen with washing machine, oven and microwave, bathroom with relaxing bath and shower and a large private rooftop terrace for those chilled summer evenings in the sun.

You’ll be sharing with two women and we're looking for a professional flatmate (who works at least some days in the office) aged over 30, who strikes a good balance between being social, but also independent. We enjoy the odd evening out together and a chilled sofa evening but also have our own interests and social lives too. It would be great to find someone easy going and likeminded to join us 😊
