One double bedroom is available for six months in our second floor shared flat. 5 mins walk from Clapham North tube, 10 mins from Stockwell tube. We have a roof terrace at the back of the flat, available for all to use.

I own the property and much of it has been refurbished in recent years, with new kitchen and bathroom fittings and a splash of colour to make it a more friendly space!

The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table (with more drawers) and storage boxes under the bed.

The shared living/kitchen space includes: storage space, fridge/freezer, oven, kettle, microwave.

Bills are included in the above price, although council tax and gas/electricity bills may go up soon. Included in bills are costs for a cleaner who comes every two weeks. Our Internet provider is BT, and we have one of their fastest broadband packages. Council tax Band is C.
