Double room with a separate office room, in a garden house!

The room has a lot of natural light and is very quiet - facing the garden. The house has been recently renovated, has a large kitchen and a large separate living room. The house has 1 full bathroom and a separate WC.

The room will be ideal for people moving homes or spending a limited amount of time in London for work or studies.

The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, duvet, pillows and a large wardrobe.

The house is made up of 2 double bedrooms (ours and yours), 1 separate office/study room, 1 full bathroom, and on the ground floor we have a large living room, a large kitchen and the WC. The access to the garden is made through the kitchen and is all ours.

The price excludes bills, which should end up being around £150-180 per person per month (electricity, gas, water, council tax, cleaner).
