There is a small, sunny courtyard garden to the rear. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk, as shown in the photos. It is a young, friendly household who keep the house neat and tidy and they are looking for a like-minded person to join them.

All bills are shared equally between the 5 tenants, who each take responsibility for one of them. The Council Tax is Band E, which currently costs £2,388.16 a year. Total cost of all bills (including Council Tax) averages at around £130 each a month, subject to energy usage.

The room is available from 9th November and, ideally, the new tenant will be able to move in close to this date.
