1 Room in Shared 3 bed flat in Clapham

Hey Guys, Chris and Dee here!
We are looking for a new housemate to replace our current housemate who has had to move out mid tenancy which renews in August.
Bills 100/110 per month all included

A little bit about us:

Hey - I’m Dee I’m 28 years old and work within Dressing and Production, I work in the office 4/5 days, you can often find me reading in the park, going to the gym and or travelling to see friends.

I’m Chris, 30, and I am an Architect who works in the office 5 days a week. When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring the city, going running, watching movies and hiking when I can find the time.

Both Chris and I generally keep to ourselves, we are both clean and tidy individuals, we are looking for someone similar to us :)

The room is the largest out of the 3, very spacious with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, 1 dresser and 2 bedside tables included. The room has 2 windows and is generally quite bright.

Our flat was renovated last year so we have fresh floors and walls!
We have a shared living room and kitchen with 1 bathroom.

The flat is a 5 min walk to Clapham North and about 3 minutes to Clapham High Street.
Located in between a Sainsbury's local and a large Sainsbury's store,
Brixton isn't too far with a Lidl about 15/20 mins walk

P. S. you wouldn't need any kitchen appliances unless you have something specific you’d like to have :)
