Looking to fill the top floor, en-suite double room in a spacious flat from the 1st June, due to current roommate moving back to Aus. The flat is a 3 minute walk from Clapham North, and close to several shops/restaurants/bars on Clapham High Street and clapham common.

The room is on the top floor of the flat, furnished with a double bed, plenty of storage space and a built-in wardrobe and drawers.

Rest of the place includes a kitchen (gas-hob), living room and office space for if you WFH.

I'm in account management for a software company, working in central London. I'm relaxed, and enjoy watching any sport, movie, TV etc in the week, running and finding good spots for food.

Looking for a sociable but relaxed housemate for a long term let.
