We have 1x room available in our lovely 4B house. 1x (bigger double room - £1010) available from 17th May. We would like to keep the M/F balance so Male preferred.

The house is over 3 floors, containing 4BR, lounge, laundry room, kitchen/dinning and a pretty epic back garden with a fire place. In between Clapham North and Common so Tube/Bus and Overground is within 5mins walking. Current tenants are a Kiwi (M), South African (F) and a Australian (F).

Ideally the new flat mate is a full time professional who has to be clean & tidy, considerate of others. Room comes furnished as per photos

All bills included. Must not mind animals as we have a neighbors cat that pops around and a dog that stays over every now and then. Current flat mates do enjoy each others company at home or at the pub but we very much also do our own thing.
