Fully equipped and furnished. We are going away for three weeks and looking for a nice person/couple to enjoy the flat + look after our cat. All bills included in the price.

🚂 Situated just 5 minutes’ walk from Clapham North Underground Station and Overground Clapham High Street. Close to Clapham Highstreet and Clapham Common for wonderful shops and restaurants and the green space Clapham Common is only an 8min walk away.

There is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, and cafes on your doorstep plus Sainsbury’s and Waitrose are both just a 5 minute walk away

**House Details**
🏠 It is our family home = so you will find everything you need to have a wonderful time. There is a comfy sofas and a flatscreen TV in a cosy living room, a kitchen/diner area for you to enjoy a home-cooked meal, plus a washing machine and dishwasher!

Including a Christmas tree and decorations 🎄

**The cat**
🐈Samba is an 8 years old, low maintenance cat that is a bit shy, but with time will come to ask for cuddles.

We will provide you with all food and litter + he is chipped and insured.

**The bills**
🧹All bills are included, including the Wi-Fi (150mb/s).

**The duration - 21st Dec - 5th Jan = Christmas time **
📅 We are leaving for 2 weeks, so we are looking for somebody to take it for the whole period (a couple of days here and there we can discuss) between 21st December - 5th January.
