My lovely double room is available to rent from 14th September 2024. After over 3 years in this house I am moving out so looking for someone to replace me.
The room is in a 4 bedroom house which you will be sharing with 2 guys and 1 girl. We are looking for another female to keep the balance.
The house is across 3 floors with one full bathroom on the first floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The room itself is a great size and will come furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. We have a huge kitchen, cosy living room and a garden too! Kitchen has recently been refitted.
The other housemates are a friendly bunch who are always keen for a chat and the occasional pub trip. We have Adam (25) from New Zealand, Thalis (29) from France and Alfie (25) from England, all who moved in over the last year!
The house couldn’t be in a better location with the Northern Line, Victoria Line and overground all in close proximity. We are also directly in the middle of Clapham and Brixton so only a short walk away to many bars, restaurants and shops.
Rent is £875 and bills come to around £100 each month. The deposit is £840.
