Double Room in Clapham Common with garden

Hello everyone, I’m moving out of my room in Clapham Common and looking for a replacement.

It’s a small double room, in a 3 bed maisonette with a large front and back garden - perfect for barbecues - a large living room and a lovely separate kitchen.

The house is 5 mins walk from Clapham Common and Clapham North tube stations and a few minutes walk from a large Sainsbury’s.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Anna, 25, from Worcestershire who works in market research. And Solomon, 26, who works as a software engineer in online payments. They’re both very nice, easy to live with, and enjoy socialising as a house regularly. They’re also both clean, and proactive with the house maintenance.

The landlord is very responsive to messages, friendly, and very open to pay to get things fixed quickly. He recently paid to have the shed cleared out, and is open to do works on the garden.
