Room In Clapham North (Bills Included)

Hi! I'm moving out of this lovely flat to go up north. The room is quite big and it comes with a desk, a nightstand, the bed and a massive built in wardrobe (loads of storage between the wardrobe and underneath the bed)

You'd be living with 3 lovely girls (an Irish, English and Spanish) and we like to chill on the living room. The rent is £930 including all bills (this also includes a cleaning service every 2 weeks and a handyman that always helps us whenever something breaks or stops working properly)

The area is lovely since it's a 3 min walk to a Clapham North station and around 10 mins to amenities like big Sainsbury's, Pure gym, Lidl, etc. the area is very lively since it's full of pubs (the house is not noisy since it's not in the high street but it's close to everything)
