Double Room in Clapham North

The room is small but lovely. It’s very bright with plenty of storage space and some floor space. There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a little bench in the corner to sit and read (pillows included).

There are two toilets in the house - one main bathroom (see images) and a smaller toilet downstairs with toilet and sink.

There is a shared living area with a tv and two couches.

The kitchen is a good size with all the amenities you’d need (includes dishwasher) with plenty of presses/drawers.

It’s a 5 minute walk to Clapham North tube station and also 5 mins from the High Street so the location is amazing.

On top of bills, we have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks you pay £40 every 8 weeks and she cleans the house and your room which is great. (Works out at £5 a week)

I’m moving home to Ireland so looking for someone to fill the room from the 27th May. Currently it’s myself and 3 more house mates (two girls, one guy.) Everyone gets on well but does their own thing. Not a party house.
